Fall Creek Village I provides affordable housing opportunities for older adults. Our apartments are available for individuals who are 62 years of age or older, as well as those who are mobility impaired. The apartments are safe and affordable studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.

General Eligibility Criteria:

62 years of age or older OR mobility impaired;
Income below HUD income limits;
Demonstrate ability to abide terms of lease;
Able to pass credit, criminal, and landlord history (if applicable);
Ability to pay relevant utilities.
